I keep getting a message that says it is seeing a file double on certain dvds. And once that error occurs it stops trying to run. Any idea what the problem is

We need a bit of info to even venture a guess. You just about forgot to tell us the problem.

Be specific. Exactly what was the wording of the error message and what program was running when you got the error message? Were you in the process of recording or reading a disc? If you were recording a movie, what movie was it? That may be enough to get started?
