Problem With The DVD?

When I try and open the DVD I get a DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. Failed to read "F:\" "Data Error (Cyclic Redundancy Check)". Is this a problem with the DVD that I am trying to copy? It has some scratches on in but it doesn't look that bad. Thanks.

What's the DVD and region code and have you tried ripping it with DVD Decrypter?

No I haven't tried using DVD Decrypter. Is it difficult to use???

Try cleaning the disk real well and then use DVDDecrypter to rip. When yo D/L it it should be set up to make a file to the HD. After ripping then use Shrink to compress
