Hi there - just purchased dvd x copy & trying to get it activated...anyone know how I can do this online...the 1-800 numbers on the software package do not work from Canada.

Any help would be appreciated.

You'll have to fill out a support ticket. If XCopy International doesn't help, your out of luck.
