sound is too low???

after making my backup i notice that the sound is lower than the original, is this part of the backup or am i doing something wrong?

i am using dvd shrink and decryptor.

the sound shouldnt be changed in decoding. Are you keeping all sound streams or discarding some??? make sure you keep AC3 if you have surround sound as 2-channel isnt what your after
