Hello I was wondering if anyone has had the problem I have had with this burner. This is a dual layer CD/DVD burner I was given for Christmas. I was able to burn quite a few DVD's and CD's then all of the sudden yesterday I went to burn a CD and when I tried to start the burning process my drive opened saying it's empty and to put a disc in. There was already a CD-R in the drive. I also tried a different brand of CD-R's because after contacting Sony they said it may be the media I was using. Still no luck. So now they are asking me to return the burner. Has anyone had this problem or have any advice for me ? Just doesn't make sense to me. Any input would be greatly appreciated
