Anyone know where I can get the last update of dvd xcopy 3.2.1.0 that does not remove the ripper?

BTW, that's version 4.0.3.8. Version 4.0.3.8 was the last updated version with a ripper. Version 4.0.4.15 RF was the last version and it didn't have a ripper.

do not upgrade. there is no ripper with upgrade you will not be able to copy dvd's
