you can, but most are on dvds.
V9 PS2, flip top, SMD, DVDLoader

usally original games have dvd-rom written on them
you can tell by the size of the file
in general,anything above 700mb or so is put on a dvd.

you cannot burn onto a dvd with your burner.you can only burn cd's.

i dont the exact price,because i dont know where abouts in the world you live.you need to search the web...look up for a local source for the PIONEER 108 DVD DUAL LAYER BURNER,it costs me about £55 english pounds.nec 3500a is also a good cheap burner

do you mean what is the maximum amount of data that can stored onto a CD?the biggest one i have ever used is a 700mb.which is 0.7gb(pretty small in todays standard)
most ps2 dvd games are anything upwards of that figure which is why you need to put them onto a dvd.
dvd can hold nearly 7 times that amount 4700mb/4.7gb
