Personally, I'll find the petition allmost hillarious, but then again...well, nuf said.
And don't get it wrong, 9/11 was horrible and all the condolences for the victims & their families but that petition is too far fetched, if you ask from me.

Well, don't know about "americans" in general, simpple truth would be that having almost 300 million peoples on USA just "produces" all kinds off opinions, morons or not. So, let's not make hasty generalisation (sp?) here...;)
