Canopus Procoder stopped responding - is it corrupted?

Hi

I've been successfully using Canopus Procoder to convert avi files to VOB for about 5 months. However, earlier today I tried to load an mpg file (1.5GB) and the programme froze and would not respond. I closed it and reopened it but then it wouldn't even accept any avi files. I've since uninstalled and reinstalled it twice and everytime I try to load an avi to convert the screen freezez and the programme stops responding.
