Burning a disc image with other files

I downloaded some software in compressed (.zip) format. After I decompressed all thefiles I ended up with three folders named cd 1, 2 and 3, each with a .bin/.cue file and several other files named similar to dlm-rsn25p.r21. The other files in the folder will have the same name but the extension will proceed sequentially (ie: .r22, .r23... and so on.) I tried burning the images from the .cue/bin file but when I'm attempting to install the software I get an error that says some files are damaged. If I mount the image instead of burning it on cd Install goes normally but then it asks me for the cd I supposedly installed beforehand. I suspect the files in the various folders are the missing files but copying them to the install directory doesn't help either. Anyone have any ideas?
