on some movies that i am trying to back up i cannot get to work no matter what i use some of these are: resident evil:apocalypse, bourne supremacy and the forgotten. when i try using dvd shrink i get a error that says:failed to open file "d:" cycle redundacy check.. so i try to use dvd decrypter and it freezes up. is anyone else having trouble with these movies? or are some movies not able to be backed up.. and is there another program i could try..thanks

You probably don't have the newest version of DVD Decrypter. You will need it for those movies and if you have it, they should work.

CRC usually means a dirty, scratched or damaged disc, also you may want to use a laser cleaner for your burner as it may be dirty.
AnyDVD seems to be the flavor of the month at the moment so use that in the background when you are ripping.
