Not nessesary the one that is good for someone will be good for you. All those (but supermedia's one) I heard they're good. I'm using now Ritek Printable -R and is working just great. And if you go NOW to supermedia.com the Ritek -R 8x are 100 for $47 and FREE shipping! I just bought those :)

What type of convincing are you looking for regarding the
quality of Taiyo Yuden? I guess I don't understand what
you are asking for. I can tell you that when 90% or greater of the people on this forum tell you that TY are
the best of the best then you have to take their word for it or do your own research on blank DVD media. I can tell
you from personal experience that TY works for me better
than any other media with Verbatim MCC and Ritek richojpn
then next in line, in quality. Thanks Zeide

I use nothing but Ritek G04 -R's. Great results. But that doesn't necessarily mean that everyone will have great results with them. Try different ones out, see what you like best, stick with it.

It all depends on what your burner's firmware can handle.

I don't burn a whole lot of dash format, but when I come across a great deal on maxell -4x yellowtops,I grab them up. They have been checking out as mxl-rg02 and ty's. Staples have them right now 15 pack spindle for $5.00.

From that list, there's no question. Taiyo Yuden brand disks are far superior. $.48 per disk when they are easily comparable to professional grade disks that cost much more make TY a great buy.
