Do i just send the files to my cd rw or do i need to do something

What is it that you have there? A .cue and .bin file or a different image file?

I'll assume that this is of a game, you own and just didn't know how to rip the file...

You use a program called Alcohol 120% and click something along the lines of 'Image burning'. Select one of the files, you downloaded and follow the instructions. It should be something like .nrg, .cue, .bin, .iso .mds, but can be others.

DO NOT just copy the files, to a cd. It won't work, if you just put the cd files on there.
