Hi again, I have a 2 part movie that is made up 2 avi files each about 700 mbs and one hour each.
I know how to convert each to a mpeg but how do I combine them to make one DVD that will run without interuuption at the split?

It's nice and simple... stick 'em together using VirtualDubMod before you convert. The first couple of steps in this guide cover it:
