I am not getting an IP Address

When i turn my xbox on the bios comes up and i am getting an ip.....every once in a while i get one but its like 176.91.4.0 and won't let me connect with that can someone please help me

is it set to dynamic? If so, change it to static and specify 192.168.0.x then make sure you scroll to the bottom of the setting page and SAVE changes. (assuming you are using evox). Reboot it a few times make sure it stays.
