Yes, it boots to flashbios fine. "Read Only" flashes during the initialization for the bios when I turn it on however. I believe I have all the jumpers in the proper locations. I have a v1.0 box.
By the jumpers, do you mean the ones on the external switch? If so, I've tried on, on, off, off, off. As well as off, on, off, off, off. Neither have worked for me.
I created a Bios folder on the hard drive, and tried doing a load from hdd, however, I get the following error message:

What format is the file supposed to be in after extracting the .bin? I've tried flashing from a disc, from the hard drive, and over the network without luck. I'll get on MSN tonight ~6:00 Central. jayh99@hotmail.com
After talking with the guy who soldered the chip in, I found out the internal chip has a right-protect switch on it. I'm going to check that out, and I'll post back later on.
