splinter cell backup problem

I just did the magic switch mod and swap magic.
I was able to back up max payne(1st one) with DVD decrypter. I tried to back up splinter cell, and that one didnt work. About half the dvd is still blank, the mds file was ony like 5 kb ( strange huh)
The other one i backed up successfully occupied the entire dvd. what can i do to fix this?
How can i use nero to back up ps2 game?

I seen you posted again so i will answer your question

1.68GB USA Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow
2.64GB USA Splinter Cell

Neither game will take up entire disc space.
They are both way less than 4.7 gb.
Also meaning the mds file would be smaller.

You need to Boot cdloader to run these games.
