Oops... now what? PVR Software for ATi?

So I finally get my bonus check, and I head over to CompUSA to buy my new HTPC system. I pick out a semi-low end HP that has an Athlon 64, 512 Megs of RAM, XP Home (price you know), a 160 GB internal drive, a CD-RW, and a DVD-RW dual layer burner. Doesn't come with TV Out, however. Go over to the Video isle, and they have the Win-PVR-USB2 and the PVR-PC150, but no 350. Neither of these has TV-Out either.

"Oh well" says I "I'll just pick up an ATi Radeon 9600 AGP All-In-Wonder and take care of this".

So I get home, and start setting up my new headless system, and go to the GB-PVR site, and only then notice that it won't run on an ATi card.

Oops...

So, is the ATi bundled software "good enough"? If not, what's out there that would be? Anything that would support a USB IR blaster like GB-PVR does?
