My apologies in advance for a somewhat ramble-y message.

I have Nero OEM ver 6.6.0.1 and Nero Express 3 ver 3.0.1.4 on my machine, I also have X-copy on this machine as well. X-Copy works fantastic! Nero is giving me headaches though.

Here's the problem, I have a ton of black and white cartoon videos on the hard drive that I am trying to put onto DVD, (avi & mpg) I go through the whole ordeal of making the menus and sorting the files with Nero, but once I try to burn the creation with Nero, my machine freezes up and I have to reboot. Nero also won't recognize my CD burner....says it desn't exist...but once I try to burn a CD..it burns perfectly, and burns it in the CD burner. Any suggestions on how to fix this?? I see NERO has updates, but my system crashes after I load them, I also read somewhere that X-copy has conflicts with In CD, which I don't have, and with parts of Nero. Help??????
