Can AnyDVD or DVD Decrypter be used with DVD X COPY
Platinum. If so, How does one remove the DVD ripper
installed in DVD X Copy program.

AnyDVD will work with DVDXCopy and there is no need to remove the current ripper in the program. To use DVD Decrypter you have to be able to browse and that function doesn't work in XCopy unless it is the RF version. There are patches available to fix the problem. Check http://www.dvdripforums.co.uk for the patch to make browse functional if you want to use Decrypter.
