DVD Shrink says failure to read drive E half way through the encoding process because of a cycle redundancy check. I have never came across this problem before. Reinstalled DVD Shrink two times and tried using DVD Decrypter. Any suggestions?

Post in the appropriate forum next time.

CRC error usually means dirty or scratched disc. If it's brand new, then you've got a bad factory pressed disc.
