It appears that some if not all will come across the problem of shrink and or decrypt running slow,
you can research all you want, but the easiest way to get it back to parr is to go into device manager and unistall your ide primary and secondary, reboot let windows xp install the new hardware, then reboot again........
i know some have said this in the forums however i want to post this for some who may have not read it...
