Re-authoring, title questions!!

I been re-authoring for a couple of weeks now and notice that some of the titles are the same. Take Alien vs Predator, which im doing now, it has 2 titles. I check both out to see whats different thru the preview window at bottom left of shrink, and nothing seems to be different. Now I know on some movies that one title is widescreen and other is fullscreen, or ones in different language or something. Only difference I see on this dvd is one file happens to be a few megs larger. Any thoughts?
