Our computer crashed on two seperate occasions and we rebooted which caused us to have to reload DVD-XCopy and with that files got corrupted and therefore had to reload it again, we then changed internet providers which caused software conflicts and we now find ourselves without any activations available to us. I have a purchased copy of DVD X-Copy with the proper numbers and was not informed that if anything happened to the program that I had, that it would limit my being able to reactivate it. How do I get activation again, now that I cannot use the CD that I purchased? The technical support numbers are invalid as well as the support websites.
