The files are suppose to be split that way.
It is helpful for fat 32 systems also because
it does not support files over 4 gb

you use the mds file
and it will merge them.
If theres no .mds then use the .iso
(make sure all the files are present
and in the same directory) <---IMPORTANT

I would suggest switching your hdd from FAT32 to NTFS if you are going to be messing with ps2/movie backups. It will make things easier.

why will running on ntfs make things easier?
i burn ps2 games very succesfully on my old fat32 without any problems(usually),just use DVD Decrypter.there is no extra work invovled.
ntfs is better,...i agree but fat 32 does the job.
with regards hursty

why are you extracting files? Just make an image, mode-iso-read. It will give you a .001, .002 etc and a .mds. click mode-iso-write and burn the .mds file

You should have gotten an .mds file, Choose that file to burn with DVD Decrypter under 'Mode>Iso>write' at 1x or 2x.
