i have problem with my movies that i burn using, neros express 2 and 3, dvd factory and Nti

I successfully burn my movies that i download in avi format, but when played to a player part of the screen is cut off, some of my movies has subtitle so it is cut off too, can anyone explain this to me. Is it the format or is just the way it is, do anyone know how to fix this

I don't know anything about this but I am having the same exact problem, I am researching everywhere if I find a solution I will leave the note. Can you leave a note if you already found the solution.

It is so annoying for my subtitles to be cut off.
