Swap Magic V 3.3 & Not a Valid PS2 Disk

Can someone help me please.

I just can not seem to get my swap magic to boot disks. I am trying to backup Resident Evil outbreak. I have ripped & wrote off using Alcohol 120%,Game-Cloner, DVD Decryptor and Nero and i am still not having any luck. I have tried booting with SM>CDloader>SM DVD>Backup and still nothing. I amusing a Lite-On DVDRW SOHW-812S Writer to burn the disk off. I have wrote at 2X and still nothing. Can someone help me please as i dont know what else to do!

What ps2 version do you have?
What swap method are you using with SMD?
What media are you using?

im not sure what version my ps2 is, it is the older thicker model.

Im using the slide card method to open the tray and the media i am using some some 4X DVD-R Stor-Media
