Mitsubishi "mcc" is one of the best,if it is made in japan. Verbatim with the mcc code are pretty good.Just about any media,Made In Japan, is high quality.I like the mcc-003 a heck of a lot better than the mcc-002.

Amazon.com has a special,if still on, for 100 pack spindle of verbatim for $29.00 after a $30 rebate,pretty good price for mcc-003 +8x.

Quite a few brands of media use mitsubishi chemical corporation.Some of the more generic named media you might want to be aware of. Check out this site for some quality info: http://digitalfaq.com/media/dvdmedia.htm

Nope that deal is gone, the time they went in-stock. And I was a day late. BUT, I found this deal on verbatims 100 pack for 35$ almost just as good.
