i wrote to nero photo show about two weeks ago and yet once more it has gone unanswered.that is now at least four times i have asked a support question and four times i have been ignored, i have also written and that was ignored, what is going on, it seems now we have paid good money ($50) for incomplete software you do not give a dam about customer enquiries. i know my emails must have been read as i filled the support form in on the website, so answer this one craig. i feel very let down and have asked questions i could not solve by myself. the question i posed was when i save a finished show to my removable hard drive i cannot open it why is this? maybe you can answer it for me
