Hey, what is everybody's elses rate when analysing and encoding. Mine is 3000kb/s and i think that is pretty slow? like 4x? is there a way to maek this faster, or is this normal?

It depends on the amount of compression, if deep analysis and AEC are on, speed of CPU and RAM.
Mine are in that range on longer movies with deep analysis and AEC. I have 1 Gig of RAM w/3.2 GHz P4.

you should count yourself lucky!!!!!
my old nail of a computer runs at just over a 1000kb/s
lol.its a piece of crap
