I have 123 Copy Dvd plus software to burn DVD;s but when I tried, I had stalling and skipping, I assume from copy protection, but I had downloaded their file to eliminate that. What is my problem?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Haven't tried 123 copy dvd but like Rotary said, DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink, free and great! I also have become quite fond of AnyDVD.

thanks for the feedback, I did try DVD Decrypter and then the burning part of the 123 Copy DVD and it worked fine, the 123 program shrinks the file to make it fit on 1 disk which is great. Thanks again.

You'll find that running AnyDVD with DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter is a good plan. Some movies, even after being ripped have caused problems due to encryption systems using unreadable sectors. I wouldn't want to be without AnyDVD and DVD Decrypter. These are 2 of my favorite apps and they work great together. AnyDVD comes with a free 3 week trial, so you can give it a good test to see if you want to make the purchase. http://www.slysoft.com

Hi Rotary,
Just thought I'd jump in and agree with both you and squizzle. Shrink was last updated in July 04 and some new encryption systems have come out since then. So using an updated ripper like Decrypter is becoming a must. With the newer systems like Sony's ARccOS with the unreadable sectors, AnyDVD has proven to be an excellent asset. I was combining and adding a bit of emphasis to what both of you said.
