press PrtSc Which is located above the 'insert' button on your keyboard.

Then open an image editing proggy, e.g. MSPaint. and click paste. :)

You may want to downsize it at this time.

Then to show it up in these forums, host it (I use imageshack, but you can use others i.e. photobucket).

and copy the URL in here.
