I use just ThemeUX patcher, do a search on google for it, and themes cant be downloaded for free at www.deviantart.com and in the Visual styles section.

@SeanZ0r - i always change any huge pics to links. if you can resize the pics, not a problem, but if they foul up the page margins i change 'em. i'm not deleting anything..
