can anyone help me get to the next step, i have installed chip the xbox boots spider chip i have installed 120 gig seagate, what i am lacking are bios.can anyone PLEASE help me?

what version xbox do you have? the bios depends on the version of your xbox

you have 2 choices of bios

1. m8_16
2. m8plus

both of these can be found in the usual places *cough* xbins

Ok Here I am I have the Scpiderchip v1.1. I have an Xbox v1.2. the chip is installed but I just can't find a way to flash it. I Know I have to use the M8plus Bios but I'm just having problems making the image. the tutorials I see recommend Nero but is an old version. is there another way to make the ISO image? and can the ISO image be made so it can be burn to a dvd? I have tried several hundreds of times but I can't get it to work. does someone knows how to do this? plz help!!!. oh by the way I used memorex brand cd-rw. I just thought it might help. if some one has a different bios that work please let me know.

you have xbox version 1.2? use the x2_4983 bios

your xbox boots to the flashbios screen?

Yea the xbox does boots to the bios of the Chip and prompts me to load from cd or HDD. where can I get the Bios X2_4983?
