Its a MP3 / CDDA / VCD Player...

Does anyone have any experience of these? I have found 2 sources, both just shy of £60 -- so ludicrously cheap really.

Does it support VBR?
Does it support 320kbps frames? (yes, I discovered a car stereo that doesnt recently)
