I am trying to backup marvel vs capcom 2 and it just boots to the read screen asking me to insert a playstation 2 format disc. I have a magic chip and I am using ridata dvd+4. This game is downloaded but all the files necessary are here. I used isobuster(.MDF) to extract the files, then backed it up using Nero Ultra.

any help would be useful.

.mdf is an image file. extracting it was a bad idea.

I tried to back it up on DVD Decrypter and it gives me "unsopported image type". What program should i use then

Is the image file MARVEL_VS_CAPCOM2.MDF? 228mb if so it is the same as mine. I need alcohol120 to burn the image file onto a disc. Remeber when your burning select "Playstation 2" in the Datatype place. BTW This game is a CD based game so use CD-R? Tell me how it goes

I got Alcohol 120% and the program just good for "waiting for disc" and doing nothing! whats another software program to use

Here's how I did it Shine 87. First off usa a cdr, second I used blindwrite and copied the .mds file and sucess. You can also use alcohol120.
