can dvd shrink back up a dvd to an 8.5 double layer blank dvd ,will the quality be much better is there a programme out there to do it,since the is less compression, if so email me at noemailsallowed@afterdawn.com

I think what the other post means is that DVD Shrink is just that, it shinks or compresses the movie. If you want one to one, then DVD Decrypter is your tool, burn to dual layer one to one, or use Nero recode 2 first decrypt, or any dvd.
