For dvd's (silver on bottom)

DVD Decrypter (free)
Mode-->ISO-->Read to create image
Mode-->ISO-->Write to burn image


For cd's (Blue on bottom)

Burnatonce (free)
Read/Copy-->Read to Image to create image
File-->Load New Image to burn image

dvd decrypter should work

if it didnt,
you probably have bad media,or
burnt it too fast,or
you are using your mod device incorrectly,or
you dont have a mod device
