hey anyone know of a good file comrpessor for my iso ps2 backs? some are to big to fit on the disk and dvd decrypter isn't doing it and dvd shrink is messen up

Hee hee, you're confused friend.
If your image is too big to fit on a single layer, you'll have to either burn it to a dual-layer disc (which will run you about $10 USD a disc) or rebuild the image to fit onto a 4.35 gig disc.

In other words, you can't compress PS2 games. It has to be 1:1. If it's not that, then look up a tutorial/set of patches that will fix this problem for you.

Look up "rip to dvd5" in google, or here for more info.
