I recently downloaded a few wmv files that behave somewhat weird. I can play them in Windows Media Player without any problem. If I try to play them in Media Player Classic though, NOTHING happens.
Not even Graphedit is able to render these files.
Is anyone aware of a "new asf/wmv codec or filter" that may be missing? Does anyone have an idea how WMP creates the graph?
Does anyone have an idea at all?

The manual said "Windows XP or better"...so I used Linux
