UltraIso problems....

I am trying to split Norrath up , and I have run into a few problems with UltraIso.

First off... How do I know what layer is what? I tried using the forum search for a tutorial or advice on using ultraiso , but the searches are all half screen and I can't read them.

So , basically , I have extracted the iso with DVDDecrypter , It show the full size , a bit over 8 gigs , so i am pretty positive Decrypter read both layers.
This is where I don't know what to do next. How do I use ultraiso to seperate the layers to burn onto to dvd5's?
Any and ALL help is VERY much appreciated!
