Comcast DVR doesn't like certain channels?

I've just received one of the dual-tuner (6412) Comcast DVRs, and it functions perfectly, except for when I am playing back recordings made from Gol TV. In these instances, it won't allow me to manipulate the recording. It will play it back, but when I try to fast-forward it, the screen freezes, and I get the "delete" or "don't delete" window. Recordings made from all other channels work perfectly. I can pause, fast-forward, rewind, whatever I wish. But on Gol TV...nothing.

I have a technician visit scheduled, but this seems to be an odd one. Has this happened to anyone else?
