Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance

I've been tryin to get my backup of baldur's gate dark alliance to work and what ever i do it just keeps asking me to insert a correct game disk,
all the other games that i have backed up work fine,
i use dvd decrypter and when writing i've been usig the slowest speeds, my media must be fine as it has worked with other games, i've even tried toc refreshes with gta 3, vice and ffX, and dvd loader and sm3 dvd loader and it wont work!
is this a known problem with baldurs gate or is it just me?
