Can you rent a movie and then press copy to a dvd-r drive onto a blank dvd and then just pop it into a dvd-r dvd player??? I heard that dvds have different layers and u cant copy them then play em in dvd players...is this true???

Well, it is illegal to rent movies and then copy them. You are only allowed to backup your own copies
