DVD decrypter won't read my ps2 games?

when i try to create a .iso image from my ps2 originals using decrypter it says "unit not ready, cause not reportable"..

Are You Setting The MODE to ISO>READ?


If Not Then DVD Decrypter Cannot Recognise your PS2 game, Or your DVD Drive may be faulty

Some more simple mistakes:

-Do you have decrpyter set to the drive your disc is actually in?
-Do you actually have a dvd-rom/burner?
-If you open 'My Computer' can you view the disc's contents?

Have you burned anything before on your DVD burner, cause it appears that either your burner is not working or its not connected correctly.
