Hey, I'm new to this forum.
I used the search function but couldn't find an answer to my specific problem.
I ordered a Fliptop and Swap Magic discs 3.3. It'll be here tomorrow. Let's assume I installed it correctly.
I have downloaded a few games in the meantime. I have used winrar to extract the ISOs (if I extract that I get what I assume are the game files). I used DVD Decrypter. (Mode > ISO > Write) All settings at default (didn't change anything after I installed it).
I used Samsung's Pleomax DVD-R 8x media. Is this a quality disc and will it read on my 30000 model?
When everything is said and done will the copy work? I'm sorry for not asking a real question. I just want to be extra sure everything will work correctly.
Thanks. And I apologize if this post sounds like a broken record.

Thanks.
Does it matter which version of the fliptop I ordered?
There are ones for 1-3 and 4-11. I don't think neither of them are for the PSTwo. I ordered the 4-11 model.
I have a 30000 model. I'm a little worried now.
EDIT: Having a closer look at both versions, it should fit right? I mean the only difference are two screws, that are replaced by ventilation. Their size looks exactly the same.

turn over you ps2, v1-3 have 10 screws, v4-11 have 8 screws holding the top on (the screws have little square pieces covering them).

Yeah I have a 1-3 model. But I ordered a 4-7 model.
The only difference are the two screws right? I should still fit my PS2?

Would I have to file something down? I heard that other people ordered a wrong version too and they filed something down to make it fit.

So what is different about the 1-3 version and the 4-7 version? Other than the 2 screws.
