I find and buy one of those dual layer dvd disc. Use dvd decrypter make a image then burn the image with dvd decrypter to the dual layer media using my dual layer burner then playing the backup in my pstwo using the flip lid and swapmagic 3.3?

no. for a number of reasons:

1) Swap Magic doesn't work with Dual Layer
2) There has been no fix for GT4 yet

they should make a swapmagic dvd/cd work with dual layer. sounds like that should be in the works soon...
