I have no problem burning mpgs to cdr as svcd but im having trouble burning them to dvdr. Really, how do i do it?

The simplest way is to get Nero Vision Express3. It'll convert the file, create a menu and write the DVD.

Of course...it may not always give you the best quality.

TMPGEnc is another option. Look at the guides...
