ive tried playing them on 4 different dvd players. on my xbox and potable dvd player it worked. on my regular dvd players it didnt they both support dvd-r's so idk y it didnt work any ideas why it didnt and what i can do to make them work would be helpful thanx

I'm finding it hard to understand the middle line of your question.
So I'll just answer the first:

Here in the UK the only place I've seen Imation sold is in a National Chain store 'Argos'. Where they are so overpriced, I prefer to stick to the 'cheaper guaranteed' Riket media at 1/3rd the price.

One doesn't read many, if any, threads about Imation.

If you're new to burning buy some RW discs' and practice with those.
