Which of the following will transcode and burn to DVD-9?
DVD Shirnk
CloneDVD2
1-Click
Also, do I need additional software (apart from DVD Decrypter)?

i have never tried burning on a dual layer dvd but i think decrypter can burn it,i may be wrong,it may only read them,but there is mention of it

Almost any dvd burning program will burn DVD+R DL

However, only Nero will burn DVD-R DL (newest format)
